Notification of managers' transactions in POSR shares

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, Ljubljana, and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the Company), makes the following announcement:

On 12 October 2023, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 250 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 5,550.00, representing 0.0015% of issued shares and 0.0016% of the shares outstanding. After this transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 12,000 POSR shares, and his voting power has increased from 0.0758% to 0.0774%.
